It goes without saying that Social Media is a HUGE traffic generation tool that allows many online business to connect to their customers on a regular basis, so that they can be at the forefront of their minds, and most importantly, their buying decisions.
Many businesses however (especially start-ups!) find it hard to decide where they should be focusing their time and resources when putting together their social media campaigns; there are many different sites and strategies to choose from, and as many new businesses have limited capital and resources, the decision about where to focus their efforts is an extremely important one.
